Able to get in and out quickly – staff had good protocols for the Covid virus

I was seen promptly. Everyone was courteous. With my writing hand injured, the young lady helped me with the information needed to be entered into the tablet for registration. The PA sutured the wound, and gave me verbal follow up instruction. Then I was also given an instruction sheet. I was also given care supplies to take home.

Doctor was very professional in his demeanor, soft spoken and explained what he was going to do which prepared me for the procedure. Availability of needed service and short wait times.

The lady at the front desk treated my husband like a dog. I was told by the doctor that my prescription Iboprufen would be sent to Walgreens I got there and my prescription was not sent over I spent the entire night in pain. The staff there needs training persons in need of medical care are not animals and I will never recommend CareSpot or recommend anyone to a place where staff have no compassion. After enduring an entire night of pain I called to ask why the prescription was not sent over and Maria told me that there are four patients waiting in the lobby and the doctor is busy so she does not know when the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy, please note I was seen by the doctor at approximately 06:30 the prior evening and yet still after not being able to pick up the prescription I was told that the doctor is busy. Please explain to me what was the purpose of going to an urgent care in severe pain after a fall. I could not get the Iboprufen to relieve the pain instead I was told 13 hours later that the doctor is busy no apology or anything was given. Persons seeking medical care are not animals we deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
