Easy to schedule very clean premises

Excellent service from the front desk staff to the nurse. The team was very focused on sanitation with gloves and masks. They continually wiped down everything in the facility. We appreciate the timely service, attitude and professionalism of the staff.

Appointment at 5. Waited. 47 in lobby for a drug urine test. Why call me inside from my car to wait in a germ infested area.

Any time I have a medical issue (non emergency), I go to the med clinic on Thousand Oaks. They’ve always been very nice and pretty fast! The doc/PA spends time with you, explaining things and answers questions. So much better than going to a regular doctors office where you’re “herded in and out” and wait for EVER to see the doc! My first choice.. every time!!

Although it seemed that there weren’t any patients being treated when my Wife and myself arrived at this location, the waiting time was kind of unacceptable! As well in the treatment room we had to wait for quite an excessive period of time!

Courteous front deck good tech and follow up practioner

It took over an hour after my appt to get a COVID test. I was scheduled for 1 pm and wasn’t even seen the first time until almost 2 pm.

The practitioner was fine but the office was not as nice as another care spot I’ve visited. Needs an update. The assistant was grumpy & shared personal views of political matters.
