The service was amazing and the provider was super helpful. I also was able to fill my medications on site which made it easy to start my prescription as soon as possible. Thank you to the people on staff for being there when so many other offices are closed.

My provider seem like she was in a rush. She barely talked to me or the issue I came there for. I had to end up being sent to the ER through the VA.

If they are going to be testing people for the coronavirus their. What I would suggest is one side of the clinic be for just doing that with there our doctors and nurses and the other side for the people that have appointments or walk-in also with their own doctors and nurses. It would speed things up a lot.

Doctor and nurse on duty that day made me feel how can I say not welcomed I hurt my thumb and they questioned my integrity in a way I never seen before very disappointed in the way I was treated 🤔

To start I arrived at approx 2pm asked to be tested for covid. It was completely empty. I was told I needed an appt. We set it for 430. When I went back I saw a coworker and he was a walkin no problem. Upon leaving the discharge papers that were given to me were of my coworkers which is a MAJOR HIPPA violation.

Friendly and professional. The best part was that I didnt have to wait too long, in and out in under 45mins. I hate nothing more than being left sitting in the room for an hour waiting for th he Dr to come in and no one checks on you! Not the case at Carespot, I was not alone more than a few minutes. Great experience!
