I should have had an x-ray as well but no technician was working. Also, the other urgent care facility is offering Covid as well as antibody testing with results back in 3 hours!

When I checked in at 3:20pm I was told it would be an hour or so wait. It was well over 3 hours.

I went in with a complaint of hives. I was told to take Benadryl, which I already did prior to visiting your office. Dr tells me he doesn’t know what’s wrong with me. I broke out in hives all over my body later the same day. I went to a dermatologist, and was prescribed 2 medications. Something your urgent care Dr refused to do! Please do not contact me. I am done with your urgent care!

I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and I was complete and gone before the appointment time. Effecient. Friendly. Wholly competent.

Dr. Or NP Paul Livingston was very professional and very knowledgeable with his service. He showed compassion and understanding to my medical situation in a professional and courteous way. He is very direct and to the point and doesn’t mind listening to the patients if they feel their situation isn’t fully understood. He attention to detail and reflection on what I said made me realize he is actually listening, cares, and is trying his hardest to provide the best care for his patients. Thank you Dr. Paul.

On your website, you wrote “Free Covid-19 testing”, but accually we need to pay. But after paying, you just checked me blood pressure and hear rate, and told me it was not need to test Convid-19. But what I wanted was to check if i am nagetive for Covid. That was so bad and regret.

The COVID swab testing for free. An EKG and chest x-ray were done. The N.P. frightened me on what he said to me. I see his side for frightening me because he has to cover himself. I just felt like more should’ve been asked of me before telling me what he did.

The people were not friendly, did not walk me through the process and I felt rushed out and was not explained what would happened next. I had to ask the doctor if I would be notified of COVID test results as he was walking out of the room.

I really liked everything there. Service was awesome! Everyone was great. I am definitely going back. Hopefully not soon. I don’t want to be sick.
