Called to make an appointment for a covid test. Tell me over the phone results come back 3-4 days. While I’m in the lobby at my appointment, I over hear the frost desk guy telling people 7-10 days. I ask him about it. He tells me they’re sending to a different lab, it’ll actually be 2-4 days. I was going to walk out if it was 7-10 days. My coworkers are getting results in 2 days at different locations. I get the test done. The guy at the end tells me it’s 5-10 days, but they’re averaging 5. No one in this place knows what they’re talking about.

Not assume that every person that walk in your doors has Corona. Very ridiculous. My symptoms were not taken seriously. I was not asked any elaborating questions. I was then prescribed Zofran, I did not complain of nausea. I was not even told I was being prescribed anything I found out once I got a Publix notification for a generic medicine I had never heard of. I understand this is a very difficult time for the medical community but it is not necessary to shove a q tip up everyone’s nose and tell them to self quarantine. My abdominal pain is still Present.

My Dr. Office was only seeing patients virtual. I needed a Dr to see my infection physically. The administration staff was great here. Very good impression and introduction. I can’t say the same about the Dr. I wasn’t impressed with Dr. G. I have not met a doctor that was more apprehensive and unconfident in a diagnosis. She pretty much had no idea what she was talking about, more guessing out loud than anything. I left with zero idea about an infection I was having, she didn’t either. She prescribed 2 antibiotics that made me super sick until they wore off. Wasted time, money, and rx. Won’t be returning here. Again, front office gentleman was great.
