Friendly staff, professional and kind. Clean office.

I expected Care Spot to do more than they apparently do. They can’t write scripts and only offer limited services. They advised me immediately that they suggest I go to the local hospital which might be an option for me. I did give them permission to listen to my heart. They never gave me the results and I left the office. I hope I wan’t billed for my visit………

During this pandemic people are frustrated with everything that is going on (or not going on) around our nation. Med Post workers were very courteous. I have great respect for the 1st responders and medical personal doing what they can to help.

Great location, excellent facilities, incredible process in place for COVID-19 testing. Wonderful and caring staff, knowledgeable and on-target with use of technology (i.e. tablets) for patient information. Easy and reasonable appt. process with minimal wait times.Used in the past and would return again in the future. Extremely satisfied! 🙂

The staff was nice enough, but not overly friendly or personal. They left my cut thumb soaking in antiseptic and burning like crazy for more than 20 minutes while there did not appear to be any other patients in the clinic. The job was done, but if there were a better option locally I would take it.

After being in extreme pain after an attempted blood draw at CareSpot, I went into the ER who told that the needle had likely hit a nerve or tendon during the process. Not only did this cause extreme pain but I also will receive a hefty bill from having to go to the ER all from a simple CareSpot visit. Won’t be returning and will instruct everyone I know to get your blood work done somewhere else.

Dr. Or NP Paul Livingston was very professional and very knowledgeable with his service. He showed compassion and understanding to my medical situation in a professional and courteous way. He is very direct and to the point and doesn’t mind listening to the patients if they feel their situation isn’t fully understood. He attention to detail and reflection on what I said made me realize he is actually listening, cares, and is trying his hardest to provide the best care for his patients. Thank you Dr. Paul.

On your website, you wrote “Free Covid-19 testing”, but accually we need to pay. But after paying, you just checked me blood pressure and hear rate, and told me it was not need to test Convid-19. But what I wanted was to check if i am nagetive for Covid. That was so bad and regret.

The COVID swab testing for free. An EKG and chest x-ray were done. The N.P. frightened me on what he said to me. I see his side for frightening me because he has to cover himself. I just felt like more should’ve been asked of me before telling me what he did.
