Easy to make hold my spot in line appointments. We are usually seen on time; if there is a wait it is not long. The staff always greets us upon walking in. The diagnose of our issues and explanation are very informative. The meds prescribed have always resolved our problem.

Friendly and compassionate. I came in for COVID-19 testing. I wasn’t treated like I had the plague … thank you. Instead, I was treated with caring, compassion. The isolation is bad enough, it was really nice to have the the people at the clinic talk to me, treat me with respect. It went a long ways to calming my concerns and making me feel better … no matter what the results.

I went to the CareSpot in Kissimmee. The two female medical professionals I saw were excellent: Christina (a nurse or PA) and J.Smith (a Dr or PA). Very knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and conscientious. They wore masks and observed proper protocol against the Covid-19. But aside from the two of them, who were excellent, there was room for improvement. I made an appointment rather than showing up as a walk-in precisely to minimize having to wait in a waiting room with potentially infected people. The appointment made no difference. I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour. There was no option to sit in my car and wait for a text to come inside. The young receptionist did not wear gloves. While she did wear a mask, she took it off about halfway through the hour I was there and left it off (though she was more than 6ft away from anyone). Even so, it seemed careless on her part. The reason for my slightly low rating is the long, enforced wait in the waiting room and the receptionist taking off her mask. But Christina and J.Smith were excellent and really helped me.

When taking the patient into the private exam room give the patient a realistic time when the doctor will arrive.

Kind, warm, every precaution taken. They made a terrible test feel not so bad.

The nurses were great and handled my appointment well. What upset me was the fact that I requested my vaccine records to be faxed three times on three separate days, and each time the staff failed to do so. I had to show up in person to receive my paperwork because I did not have faith in the staff to perform a simple task.
