After being in extreme pain after an attempted blood draw at CareSpot, I went into the ER who told that the needle had likely hit a nerve or tendon during the process. Not only did this cause extreme pain but I also will receive a hefty bill from having to go to the ER all from a simple CareSpot visit. Won’t be returning and will instruct everyone I know to get your blood work done somewhere else.

Your lobby staff and. Nurses and physicians have been good I feel like maybe my injury should have been investigated further because the night following my condition got worse and I ended up at the ER at Oakhill hospital but I also realize a concussion is hard to pin down
