I am extremely satisfied with the Cerritos location. The staff is always courteous, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t say the same for the Long Beach location (on South St). I actually made an online appointment on Tuesday, May 12 and I received a call minutes after, telling me that the physician there (Long Beach location) suggested I take my mother to the ER instead of urgent care; for breast discharge and swelling. The way things were approach, I think it was unprofessional. Needless to say, I was very upset. I asked, how does the doctor know that this requires an ER visit, the doctor hasn’t even examined her yet. I explained that due to the Corona Virus, I did not want to risk my mother’s health for something this minor. The way they came across to me was that they were refusing to treat my mother. I specifically asked if they were canceling my mother’s appointment and if they would not see her; it was a lot of back and forth. Finally, I said if you are not canceling her appointment, we will see you at 7. I decided to take her to the Cerritos location instead. I explained what happened with the Long Beach location and I was told that they would be happy to see her, that an ER visit may still be needed depending on what was found during the exam. I am very happy with the way things were explained and I knew what to expect. Things were explained in the most caring and compassionate way. The staff in the Cerritos location was amazing, caring and took good care of my mother. No ER visit needed.

Everyone was friendly, efficient. I was able to make an appointment and be seen quickly when I wasn’t feeling well. The staff was cleaning the whole time I was there and it made me feel secure that every precaution was taken to keep me safe. I’m thankful the clinic offers testing for COVID-19.

I went into Anaheim Hills location for random drug test and had to wait outside. There was one person in the waiting room; I was asked to wait outside. The next person that checked got to wait inside. I felt like I was discriminated against. I was wearing a mask and had no symptoms to be concerned about. I don’t know what the policy is and it should be posted so that other people coming in for drug screens aren’t discriminated against.

Seems they are for the employers of small companies.went in for a back injury no exrays no blood work no urine samples to see if you had any infections.its going on 4 days still in pain.no one has called me about physical therapy or to see how things are going for me not even my boss.guessing diagnosis is not a practice i would consider professional.on workers comp need to get back to work probably will have to go to emergency room to get the help i need because iam in pain still have not gotten any better.

Just saw the pattern where you guys hace is he habit if repetitive registration such as it’s been done online as pre visit reg then u ask the sick person to do sane on the ipad abd then again on paper. Last thing a sick person wants to deal with are unfriendly unaccommodating medical care staff. Always ends patient visit with instructions to go to ER…Now we know next time we’ll go to the ER instead directly instead since you just act as the ER booking agent and we have to pay you for that instead if getting urgent medical care.
