Very clean, very kind and professional staff. I have severe anxiety when I go to Drs and this staff was very understanding and did their best to reassure.

Everyone was friendly, efficient. I was able to make an appointment and be seen quickly when I wasn’t feeling well. The staff was cleaning the whole time I was there and it made me feel secure that every precaution was taken to keep me safe. I’m thankful the clinic offers testing for COVID-19.

I went into Anaheim Hills location for random drug test and had to wait outside. There was one person in the waiting room; I was asked to wait outside. The next person that checked got to wait inside. I felt like I was discriminated against. I was wearing a mask and had no symptoms to be concerned about. I don’t know what the policy is and it should be posted so that other people coming in for drug screens aren’t discriminated against.

Did not call back as stated you would. Did not send prescription to Pharmacy as stated. Received a text the following day asking if I would like a call from: MedPost: Thanks so much for choosing MedPost for your healthcare. We hope you had a good experience. Would you like us to call for any reason? Reply YES or NO YES MedPost: Great. We will be calling by the end of the day. No call back.

Got me in same day, had all four vaccinations, tests, and titers I needed. The injections were nearly painless.

Intake staff was not very friendly. They did not provide information about wait time . Waited 40 minutes and never made it into exam room. I chose to leave the building and find another doctor.

Friendly staff and thorough, however will bill yr insurance carrrrier..Did not say this when making appointment. Found out after arrived. Should state on phone when making appointment

Everybody is very easy to talk to and very helpful. Shows concern for their patients even during their busy times. I like the idea of the staff being caring females and allows me to voice my concerns. For which they directly address.

Ure staff was very friendly, professional, and clean I have mobility issues and I left my paperwork n my car for my meds and the triage nurse walked me to my car to get it and walked me back n the building was treated with great respect u guys treated me better than any drs office or hospital n Florida has ever treated me thank u very much for the care u have for ure patients
