The front desk was pleasant and assisted us well. The nurse and doctor were amazing. Very thorough. My daughter injured her foot. They took multiple x-rays to make certain there were no breaks. Even after they didn’t see anything on the preliminary x-rays. Due to her discomfort they took different angled x-rays.

The first person a patient sees should st least greet them with a smile. I went in for a Coronavirus test and they tried to give me a flu test as well. When I said that did not want it, the assistant asked someone else outside the room if that was ok. When I made my appointment, that test was not mentioned. I feel that doing something like that is unethical. Trying to charge insurance companies for extras is one thing but I have no insurance and am currently out of a job due to the pandemic crisis. If I’m going to spend $170 (if my test results are negative) then I expect to be treated with respect and honesty.
