After making an appt at the recommendation of the facility we still sat at the facility for nearly 2 hours after our appt time before being called to the back for a covid 19 test. Comp!Steph unacceptable.

Went in as child was sick was only tested for covid begged to get tested for strep nurse practitioner never looked in my child’s ears or throat or listen to her lungs which by the way went to ER next day has severe ear infection. Was treated like we had a disease. I will never return Never asked to be tested for covid all I said was she had most of the illness listed. In my opinion she should not be working as a nurse practitioner
