I realize this is a trying time for everyone, but they did not even do the basics. No one introduced themselves by name or title. I had come in with an extremely sore throat and low grade fever, and had a chance for potential Covid exposure. Since they knew this, that is all they focused on. No one asked or took my temp, nor did they ask how long I had symptoms or take my vitals. They did the Covid swab and sent me on my way. I stopped on the way out to give my pharmacy (just in case), and the woman at the desk asked if they took my vitals. I said no and she just shook her head and took my height and weight before I left. I went to urgent care because I was feeling horrible and it was a weekend. I left with no help. I am feeling better now, but I would have appreciated a little more attention to why I came in in the first place.

Went in for an ear infection that I am still dealing with. 2 visits, 2 antibiotics and steroid and still having issues. The staff and even Dr. were very polite however.

I like that your sdevices are prompt, I never have to wait more than 15-20 mins to be seen, if I just walk in. I also like that I am able to make an online appointment to reduce my waitimg time to be seen.

Receptionist told me several times and called me to informed me that I will not get tested. It is my right to get tested for covid 19.

El personal es muy atento pero no se que lo que pasa, que siempre que estado en la clínica se tardan demasiado, aún sin tener pacientes. El proceso para la atención es muy lento.
