Double check if something was misheard. I told the nurse that the day I wasn’t feeling well was a Saturday and the release form said Thursday

Staff was very polite, didnt have to wait long at all. Up to date with new technology, example tablets were used to check in and ask basic questions. Rooms were clean and up to date as well. Very happy with this urgent care

Wait time was long. Seemed like back to back appointments yet everyone had to wait over an hour of appointment time to be seen.

I came in with a sore throat (with no other symptoms) and tested positive for Strep, however, I was also tested for Covid-19 (it appears simply based on being a healthcare worker). The problem lies in that I was told that I would have to quarantine for 3-5 days until the test results came back. So, basically, I have to miss a week of work (when I potentially don’t even have the virus) when there are community testing sites available that provide next day results. So, no, I would not recommend my colleagues from the ICU come here because, then, who would be left to be available to work with our patients directly affected by Covid-19. Also, I requested an Rx for diflucan as I was prescribed a high dose antibiotic for the strep (which has a hx of causing me yeast infections). I was told by the nurse practitioner that she would order it but when I arrived to the pharmacy, it had not been ordered. Upon attempts to call MedPost to follow up no one answered the phone.
