The staff seemed a little short handed (my appointment was at 930, I didn’t get seen until after 10) but they kept informed, apologized and got me back as soon as they could! The girl at the front desk was very nice!

The wait was very long, I did not like that.. But, the nurses and Doctor was amazing… They are not accepting any insurance, that is no good.. As a retired US Navy Veteran, I did not like that at all..

The team at Care spot are kind, hard working and professional ..so grateful for the hard work and care they provide during these hard times of Covid. I highly recommend the Care spot in pembroke pines ..they are a wonderful team.

Absolutely amazing. I walked in in severe pain. Registration was rapid. And I was seen within 25 minutes. Both the nurse and doctor were so nurturing and engaging. They really helped figured out my problem and give me the right medicine and treatment plan. The doctor that treated me even offered for me to stay and lay on the bed as long as I need to while the pain goes away etc. I thanked her so much and told her I have someone picking me up and that it was suv a kind and heart warming suggestion. It was so clean in the entire facility. I swear I wish I could use them as my primary care doctor bc I would first in line. I love them so much. They were my guardian angels for that day 🥰 🙏🏼
