I called ahead with symptoms of possible covid. All my questions were answered and kindly and knowledgeably. I felt confident coming there. i had an apt. and went on time. Greeted (it was on a Sunday) nicely asked to use sanitizer, great idea, I had a mask on. Came around to the desk: very nice lady smiling at me NO MASK. filled out my stuff, she helped me and brought me stuff to my chair always smiling always nice, helpful. She new I was there with possible Covid. NO MASK. still. I said may I ask why you do not have a mask on? she smiled and said oh sure it was slow no busy at all today and you know how hard it is to breathe in one of those.? I sat for awhile. She still did not even attempt to put on a mask Fed x came in no mask, she greeted him no mask I just feel until your policy to protect us and yourselves is stepped up a notch I can not recommend your facility to my colleagues Also looks hard to do but a wide open desk area with no plexiglass protection is not in place when all other offices I go to including my office have installed something to help .
