Yes my visit to CareSpot was nothing but embarrassing the front Receptionist Was very rude and would have me come up to the counter multiple times and then tell me to go sit down like a dog After finally getting in the back the nurse came in I was there because of rash The head actually tripled in size in 24 hours .not only did he not take all of my information But also was not worried at all about my allergies to medications didn’t even bother to look at the rash Before he walked out I did let him know that I was on a certain prescription that I could not remember the name of but I knew that the type of pill only came in three different names and I was on the one that started with “r”. He left the room and decided to make fun of me to the PA right outside the door things like “I think I’ll show up And tell them I’m on the pill that starts with an R “which is not what was relayed to him he also told the PA but I looked fine to him The PA finally decides to come in to stare at me to the point where I finally had to ask her if she thought she might look at the rash at some point today she does at this point and tells me that she’s going to have to get a culture which I told her that was fine she started asking me a questions About my medication history not the fact that I had had surgery or what was it for or what was done or my medical history me being an LPN myself was already aware that they must be thinking I was there to get A form of opiate or some thing so I quickly explained to her I did not want any pills I wanted her to tell me if she thought the rash came from the surgery prior or was it something new without answering any of my questions she lets me know that I am in fact infected she’s putting me on The antibiotic Bactrim which I had to tell her again I could not have due to being highly allergic to sulfa she scarfs Then decides to put me on doxycycline .still waiting on report of the swab that was taken I just don’t understand I have very good health insurance which was used and also paid my co-pay to have second class service and also to be made fun of in my face

The dr would not let me speak of my symptoms only wanted to test for COVID or write me a note to go back to work or my ultimate favorite line he used repeatedly after I would say a word “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?”. I finally got fed up and stated he was not interested in my health and only wanted to write me a note so I can leave. Told him to do so so I can leave and go elsewhere, he yelled “you can go back to work tomorrow” as he was leaving the room. If he would have listened he would have be able to pinpoint my issue, which was all of my underlying issues were having a flare up and all medications were fighting one another causing my migraines and worsened nausea. My medications needed to be adjusted, but instead I was forced out of the office with only a note to assist me with my health concerns. La Quinta MedPost continues to have DRs who do not care for the well-being of those who walk in. I also had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time (not another single patient in sight), was told although I listed multiple issues I would only be seen for one so “which one will it be”. I get the pandemic, but does my health really have to be dismissed like that??? Also, the staff really shouldn’t talk about other patient’s test results in front of other patients – names and results were included in the conversation I overheard.

Doctor could not diagnose me, I had Covid-19. The doctor wanted to send me home with a ventilator, prescribed me flu medication and an inhaler, no follow up.

I got an injection that has caused me more damage and pain than what I came in for. I didn’t even need the injection and now my nerve is damaged.

Keep doing the same thing. If ever needed I would return to this facility.

El servicio de esta facilidad es muy bueno, son muy diligentes, amables y, en este tiempo de covid, toman muchas precauciones para protegernos y protegerse de cualquier contagio. Muy satisfecha con el servicio que ofrecen en este CareSpot.
