Dr. Cooperstein and staff were wonderful. Very professional and attentive. Even a follow up call to check on me.

MedPost Atascadero – front desk person and MA were snippy. PA was professional and courteous. Also found out after the test that I would have to drive back to Atacadero to obtain a copy of the result since the office can’t fax due to HIPPA. Apparently scan-fax to e-mail isn’t an option either. Oh, and I have to sign a release form to release my test result to me.

The carespot at lake Mary, has a horrible customer service. The PA Christy Dailey came to the room with a bad attitude. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t do a proper examination and assumed that I came for a worker compensation case which that was not the case. Staff should be retrained and remind them the reason that they chose a health care field.

We arrived right on time for a appointment and it took 3 hours, that was a little long just too get a covid 19 test. Our nurse “Heather” was just terrific and because of her caring attitude and explanation about everything that would happen during the test it was really a positive experience. No, it was not comfortable, but again thanks to the administrator it was not that uncomfortable. ALL of the staff with whom we associated were very professional and the office was clean and we were able to social distance.

I went in with a boil on my butt..It was looked at and I was sent home with medication and told if pain get worse..go to ER! I was already at my pain limit so I went to ER afterwards.I was instantly admitted..She was able to tell me after taking a look I needed surgery.I feel like I should have been sent to the ER from there vs being sent home with antibiotics.
