Went in for a pre-screening drug test, clinic somehow messed up, I now have to go to a different clinic 45 minutes away to retake it, new to the area and not impressed

Need better customer service. The greeting I received wasn’t proper procedure. One staff member walked out of the building when I addressed my concerns of the lack of good service.

Quick and convenient covid19 test

I came in Friday the 15th and had fever and body aches the only thing they checked for was flu,strep and covid which we are on day 8 and I still have no results. I just had to spend 8 hours in the ER just to find I had a bladder infection. I wish they would have checked on a few other things other than just covid. I probably won’t come back there are too many other choices.

Oh my goodness where do I start… I can’t say enough incredibly FANTASTIC people / dr and nurses who work at this WONDERFUL place! From the second you call I just knew our experience wasn’t going to be like experiences we’ve had at different Med Post , they are dynamic heroes who deserve all the praises in the world especially during this very trying time!!
