Wait time seemed a bit long.

First my wife,daughter and myself had an appointment pre-set and walk-ins are permitted 1hour and 15 minutes later we were finally seen. Second thing which in the medical field should have high priority is spacing chairs so one could set and maintain spacing. My wife and I moved two joining chairs away from a group.

1st my paperwork had info that wasnt correct as of weight n height I was never weighed in but had been filled out along with hieght.had to call in n go in to have my paperwork sent to my new employer several times

I had to take a covid test for a scheduled procedure. I was told my wife to quarantine. When I arrived for my test & told the PAP my wife was quarantining with me she asked why. I explained & she said my wife’s quarantine was unnecessary. Please train your staff on the proper protocol.

I took a Covid-19 test at your facility. The rest of my staff went to other locations, the Health Dept. and other urgent care facilities. Staff, whom took the test after me, by multiple days, received their results as I am still waiting 8 days later. The paperwork provided states to expect results in 3-5 days. I’m told, to expect results in 5-7 BUSINESS days. I believe if that’s the case, that information should be provided accurately. As I write this, I am the last of my staff to receive a result….and still I wait.

I waited for 2 hours to see the provider. That is entirely too long to wait. The provider was very nice but she spent about 5 minutes with me and told me she would write a prescription for me and give me 2 injections and never told me the names or classes of medications so that I could be informed.

I recently made an appointment by phone. When i arrived was told there was no record of it and I had to reschedule. Fortunately it was on the same day but about 51/2 hours later.

Very friendly very professional the set up when I arrived for the check in was very well thought theew. The team that was working worked very well and made me feel very comfortable.

Very well set up during the Covid-19 restrictions. The PA I saw was very thorough and professional but still easy going amid the constant flow of patients. The nurses also did a great job.
