Well the assistant nurse that performed triage said “Oh I forgot my mask” but, She didn’t put it on . Neither washed her hands.

The person at the front desk was very rude, this happened at the Brea location on 05/21/20 in the morning at 8:05am

The medical assistant and the doctor were great, very polite, helpful and kind. I cannot say the same with the front desk girl. She was very careless, rude and not helpful. It seems that she brings her personal problems to her job.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Ko was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining what was happening with my husband. Excellent doctor!

Everyone was nice and it was quick in and out. Especially during this pandemic they had masks for anyone who didn’t have and sanitation stations and were cleaning. Defintely recommendable.
