Staff was extremely rude. Front desk girl, the nurse who worked up my son and the doctor were all extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told I was not in the system and would have to wait for others to go before me. I was also told I was the 3rd person that morning that this happened to as well. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on site at the facility nor was there an office manager. Ultimately I was taken to see the medical assistant to do the testing but that did not remedy the issue since I should not have had to wait. Because of this, being my first experience with CareSpot I would not recommend nor would I return again.

I am not disappointed but the doctor was so prompt about me paying my taxes for me to get a better service some where else, I am not here illegally I do have rights but I’m not working at the moment so what do I pay taxes with ,and I am waiting to see if the medications work if not I don’t think I will be back it was my third time there ,the first doctor I saw I got results second none so I will see how this one turns out thanks
