Would not recommend carespot for testing. My covid 19 results took 8 days. I was told 3 to 5 when I took the test. I would have gone elsewhere for testing had I known.

Doctors check up and advice is good. But too long time waiting after appointed time. I mean, my appointed time was at 3:45pm doctors called at 4:45pm. There is late to get prescribed medicines. My checkup was on many 20 , I don’t get medicine yet. But I need as early as possible.

I came there because I did not feel well I had earache sore throat and headache The pA was only interested in giving me a Covid 19 test which I said if you think I should II agree The problem was Once I said ok to Covid test they were not interested in anything else Had to ask the pa to look into my ears to make sure I did not gave ear infection I had to ask her to look into my throat to make sure I did not have a red/strep throat The PA wanted nothing to do with me b once one of my symptoms was related to Covid

Went in for a Coivd-19 test. Staff was efficient and friendly. My results were back in 3 days, which was so much faster than expected. Much, much better than the “drive thru” experience. Thank you!

When I walked in there was no one at the reception desk people had seen us there but no one checked us in for at least 10 min

It’s convenient, but I have to say this time it took extremely long to be seen. We had an appt @ 1:45, but didn’t get called back until 2:45. Once in the room- the gentleman that was helping us was efficient & tried to get us in/out. Which was good.
