Very friendly staff and medical personal. Place was clean and bright. the wait was not bad at all. The Doctor or practicioner was kind knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me.

Very courteous and caring. David at Rowlett, Texas location went above and beyond to send me to Saache, Texas location when their Machine was down, and it was about 7:30 pm. Upon my arrival at Sache location the staff were very nice to accommodate me and took care of my needs. Very commendable! Actually, I got the results back the next day. Very surprising and pleasant. Great Customer Services!!! That’s what I’m talking about. Keep it up, Medpost

I was simply to have a COVID test as I had a full H & P from my primary care the day before, but that’s not what happened. I called to make an appt. and was told it would take 20- 30 minutes total from the time I walked in the door until I left. My appt. was for 4:00 pm. I showed up a couple of minutes before. I was not taken back for approximately 30 mins. Then, I waited. I was seen by an M.A. who did another history and vitals. I waited again and was seen by an NP who wanted to do more history and examination which I refused after telling her it was done 24 hours ago…. I left at 5:15… not 4:20 or 4:30 as promised over the phone. I do have to say that all staff were very polite and nice.
