I appreciate the convenience of it

Everyone was great. The only issue I have and while I wasn’t personally offended, I found it inappropriate and I know a lot of people it would affect. The gentleman who took my vitals asked when the start of my last menstrual cycle was and I said today, his response was “congratulations”. I find that very inappropriate because you don’t know someones situation. I know a lot of people who have tried for years to get pregnant and gone though treatments that would be affected by such a statement.

I had a hand laceration. My first visit was amazing. I was taken in right away and the staff was super friendly. I was blown away by the service. My second visit was okay. I wasn’t blown away or anything, but wasn’t terrible. My third and final visit was terrible. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 50 minutes, with kids. I was taken into the room and then just left there for a long time (don’t know how long I waited). When the PA finally came in, she made a comment that maybe it would’ve been better if we had waited 10 days to remove the stitches and cut them away anyway. I went from being on the mend to back to not being able to water my hand again. To this day, I’m not confident I received the appropriate care. To summarize, the score of my experiences were: 10 for first visit 5 for second visit (I was that frustrated) 1 for last visit (I am that frustrated) Thank you.
