I am a healthcare worker who was exposed to covid19 at work without proper ppe. I developed a cough and headache on saturday so I went to Medpost and got tested. They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to get results. So today (Thursday) I called up there to check on my results. Now they are telling me it takes 5 to 7 business days. That is unacceptable. I never would have gotten my test done here if I knew it took this long.

Staff was overwhelmed with patients not putting on masks or wearing them correctly. We had scheduled an appointment on line, arrived 15 minutes early and still ended up waiting 30 mins after appointment time. During covid 19 pandemic I would think that they would be better about getting patients in the back and separated from each other.

Upon entering there is hand sanitizers and a N-95 face mask for your use. The receptionist, Brittany was very pleasant and professional. All the personnel I interacted with made my experience enjoyable and stress free.
