I should have been told at time of presurgical covid test that results were unlikely to be known in time for my surgery so I could have immediately sought an alternative

my issue lies solely with an employee named ANNETTE BOMMERSBACH. At the GILBERT/WILLIAMSFIELD location. I’ve been here 2 times this week and the ladies in the back consistently talk demeaning towards the receptionist(Annette being one of them).THE SAME LADY in the back is complaining there are more than 1 person to deal with here and “that’s just too much to handle right now”( seriously only 2 people at the urgent care and both for drug screens)I show up and am checked in by 11:30 am. All of my information is saved from when I was here earlier in the week and so I finish well before the ONLY other person is done filling out his information. I’m fine waiting my turn. Other man comes and goes and sit longer for another 15 min idle on my phone. She calls me back and says my test has expired by hours(it is 12:03pm at this time) and I explained I didn’t understand because it said 1pm on my sheet. She explains the sheet is from mountain time(I didn’t think to check it, i am from out of state as is, and assumed Arizona was mountain time). I don’t argue, I accept I’ve made a mistake.. what pissed me off is she LIED to me and said 1pm mountain time is 11am here. And so I looked it up and she lied because she knows she should have just got me in instead of being lazy and LOUDLY yelling from the back saying she doesn’t want to do any of this. I literally laugh at this lady. I asked her to just please write me a note or something explaining I was here before my test expired and she then lied on the note saying I wasn’t checked in by the time I needed and I asked her to just give me a note so I can explain to my employer the misunderstanding. And then she went further to say I should have been here 3 hours ahead of my time. THERE IS NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME. I HAD TO PISS WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. The least she could do is stop being a cunt to me. This is most definitely her fault, I cut it close, but she’s LAZY, RUDE, and blatantly LIES repeatedly when all I did was try and correct the situation in a pleasant manner. I’m not one to complain but fuck, this lady should not work with people. Maybe she should mine coal or some shit for a living, but not anything involving people.

Waited 11 days for Covid-19 test results even though the person that went with me and took the test afterwards received theirs in 5 days. Called everyday after 6 business days wait period and was just kept being told they’re not ready. I understand if the lab takes too long is out of their hands, but if I would’ve been positive, that’s a long time to wait without medication to know if someone has a virus and this is a very delicate situation.

Everyone was great. The only issue I have and while I wasn’t personally offended, I found it inappropriate and I know a lot of people it would affect. The gentleman who took my vitals asked when the start of my last menstrual cycle was and I said today, his response was “congratulations”. I find that very inappropriate because you don’t know someones situation. I know a lot of people who have tried for years to get pregnant and gone though treatments that would be affected by such a statement.

It was hassle free and very safe in the time of covid 19. The employee at the front desk was nice and helpful from the telephone to when I came in. He was very busy but was able to juggle everything and everyone so much so that there was not much of a wait time before going back with the nurse and doctor. The nurse and doctor were quick but thorough. I will go back for my health needs
