I was very nervous about Covid19. I was there for a pre-work physical and drug test. I was treated rudely from the moment I walked in the door. I was treated as suspicious. When asked to use the sanatizer set out it was not working and people had come in behind me. Instead of being made to feel safe I felt like if I wasn’t fast enough with the sanatizer we were all going to die. I didn’t see a single sitting room chair wiped down while I was there. There seemed to be no limit on how many people could be in the waiting room. And because of it my employment has been delayed.

What I really like about my neighborhood MedPost is that when COVID-19 was suddenly upon us – the whole world was different, silent, and frightening – my Urgent Care didn’t really change! When I came for a bad bug bite and antibiotics I felt like I knew where I was for the first time in a while! MedPost never closed there doors, or drastically change cut their hours like virtually every other provider of any healthcare, or professional service. Yes, there were masks almost immediately, and the chairs slowly spread apart as the guidelines developed. But, as I recall, MedPost always offered hand sanitizer, has always been as clean as I wish hospitals and most doctors offices/cancer treatment centers were! And the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses are as knowledgeable as they are kind (which is ENDLESSLY!) I have been to this little urgent care too many times in the past year in the quest for a new PCP, (I will miss it!) I always came away wishing I could keep one of their doctors as my new primary care provider. 5 stars out of five in every category, and especially during this pandemic.

The doctor that talked to us after we had the Covid test was very condescending. He acted as though our questions were unimportant and he didn’t want to take the time to answer them. He just handed us the CDC info and told us we would find our answers in that document. Then he called to report our results. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and asked that he repeat it. He proceeded to repeat the result talking loudly and slowly as though I was a child.

I wasn’t really diagnosed with anything. I was tested for covid and strep. I was prescribed Sudafed but no one listened to my lungs which were congested. I had no voice and a bad cough. It was very quick. I ended up going to another doctor and spending even more money. The facilities are very nice and staff was friendly

Helpful and efficient. A minimal wait and patience in dealing with us and the CV19 rules.

Being able to make an appointment is very appreciated so I can remain home if the appointment would require a wait. I was taken back very soon after my appointment time. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional as was the doctor who saw me. My prescription was phoned into my pharmacy for me. I was in and out in no time. I have used this facility several times and always had a good experience.

1. it was not explained well how they would contact me with test results. I had to call back and find out how for sure. 2. I was never told nor signs telling whether or not the staff were part of the hospital and/or accepted my insurance – as opposed to be contracted and separate from the facilities itself. So I do not know whether or not yet I will need to argue that or not. It is this answer that would primarily determine if I would go back there myself or recommend it to others. Other than these two items I was happy and satisfied with facilities and staff.

I STILL haven’t heard anything about the results of my Covid test and it was LAST weds. I’ve called several times for results, been left on hold for almost and hour(36 minutes), been lied to and STILL waiting on Practitioner to call with test results. They blame Quest. Y’all gotta do better. My husband also got tested, still no results. His employer is concerned. He’s using vacation time for no good reason. We need his test results so he can return to work ASAP. He’s not sick, was simply exposed. I’ve been sick, already finished ZPack( which I practically demanded from my “doctor” there., Stop blaming Quest and whatever. I fully understand the gravity of the situation but we NEED test results ASAP. Stop the lies and laziness and do what needs to be done to get the results. Our lives are on complete stand still, quarantined, no work, no income coming in, etc. and CareSpot dsnt even answer their phone. Awful, the way the patients are treated.
