The folks we dealt with are courteous, attentive, and we have seen the same doctor both times. He was easy to relate to, listened to our concerns and gave instructions and explanations we could understand easily.

With appointment system and a number of locations, I can get seen quickly. The NP was attentive to my issue at the time and the staff assisting her were well prepared. Bottom line, I was seen on time, the staff was professional, and I left with my problem addressed.
