Waited almost 2 hrs and then was told nothing could do for me when knowing the exact problem when I arrived

I made appointment for 11:30. Waited in car for call in at 11:45. I sat in waiting room for 35 minutes before taken and it took another 20 minutes or so to do a 1 minute test. When I asked receptionist why I waited so long in waiting room after making 11:30 appt she said that’s just to guarantee a spot like the time had no meaning. I replied this is not right and of course she had no reply. I had been there once before and had a good experience but you lost my confidence.

Quick and fast.. Only thing they didn’t have medicine for a shot and I was in pain.

I personally had really good experience and no complaints. However, others may find problem with some employees were not diligently wearing mask. Which was require of all clients. The staff should set the example for clients. Thank you for what you’re all doing these times.
