I was screened for Covid on May 10. It’s May 18th and I have no results.

1. Due to the Corona virus, I would have felt better waiting outside instead of in a small waiting room with other people. I asked if I could be called on my cell, but was told it won’t be long and to take a seat. 2. I was charged $45.00 for copay on a Corona Virus test even though my insurance company and AARP stated that the test will be covered with no copay.

Amazing customer service! They constantly made me feel at ease with their organization and extremely clean office. They had disinfectant and masks available. If I had to choose a place to go when I’m sick or injured it would most certainly be MedPost again.
