Allow people to know ahead of time how long it’ll take to get test results. Make basic pricing easy to find. Make it easy to find out what insurances you accept.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly she wouldn’t let me use her lysol to spray the chair. I had to get mine out of the car. When the patient before me went in to see the doctor she didnt disinfect his chair after. She wouldn’t let me wear my mask but made me use their masks they were not individually wrapped and she was spraying them down with lysol which made me feel sick to wear the mask doused in lysol spray

Everything went fine until I need COVID test results to be sent to be sent to my dentist. I understand people are tired and stressed but you staff needs to listen before just sounding off on procedure.

Been there twice and was charged $185 each time for them to tell me they can’t do anything there and had me go to ER both times. How do you charge someone that kind of $$ for looking at an abscess not doing anything for it, and telling you to go to ER. Oh wait, they took my temperature.
