Came in not feeling well, got an appt right after work with Doctor Sridhar. Thorough eval by Dr Sridhar and team at Stone Oak. She ordered tests and reassured me abt my symptoms. My go-to clinic is MedPost Stone oak because of the quality of care, the doctor and staff, and convenience, especially with many doctor offices being closed the last few months

The initial service is amazing! Anytime, I visit I’m treated with respect & immediately acknowledge by the staff. I feel valued as a patient. The young man at the front desk is empathetic & comforts you when he sees you are in pain. He is always smiling & is approachable. Once I get to see the back staff they are attentive to my needs & immediately set up expectations as well as letting you know the wait time for the PA to see you. Keep up the great work! Also, your facility is always clean & sanitized. Thank you for what you do in the front lines especially during this COVID19 penademic

I went to MedPost because I needed sutures for a bad cut on a finger. John Paul Livingstone was my PA attendant. He was very careful, thorough, kind, and methodical in taking care of my wound. I was pleased with his care, as well as the other attendants who took vitals and brought me paperwork. Everyone there was personable and pleasant! I felt that I was in good hands!

I was able to get in quickly. The front office staff is friendly. Whoever I scheduled my appointment with was friendly. Shelley was awesome and very thorough when explaining everything I needed to know regarding covid. My only frustration is that I am on day 8 and no results for my covid test yet, which I understand has nothing to do with medpost. I just don’t understand why it takes so long when it has been explained so many times by the government to be a quick turn around. My boyfriend is unable to go back to work until he can show a negative test. Your office has been understanding to our frustration but there has really been no explanation other than things are just backed up. I just wonder how accurate my results could even be if my test is still sitting somewhere. Other people have gone other places at the same time we did and got results much quicker. I’m just frustrated with whatever the delay is at this point and not sure if we are getting the truth.

When I called in, Monica answered the phone. Gave me all the info I needed, made an appointment for later that afternoon, all in a manner that said, “we’d like to be your provider of choice”. The friendliness I expect, but very rarely receive. Service in the back was almost as good. About as positive an experience as you could have when you’re not feeling well. Thanks!

I went on Saturday to Carespot for COVID testing. When I called on Wednesday to ask when I could expect my lab results, I was told that Carespot did not even send my sample to the lab until Tuesday because of the weekend and holiday. My coworkers who went for testing at CVS have their results already. Very disappointing and there’s no excuse. I won’t return.

Front receptionist needs a better attitude. I believe her name was Priscilla. Welcoming patients would be a good start. Even a smile goes a long ways! I don’t understand why people like her work in this field. “Just a job” is her attitude. I still told her “Have a GOOD day”.
