Nurses and doctors were very attentive and got me out in a timely manner

I had an appointment at 3:30pm and waited an hour to be seen for a possible ear infection. The male nurse or PA was phenomenal. I told himbelieved I had something lodged in my ear canal and it turned out I had the tip of my hearing aid device lodged way down in ear canal and he was able to remove it. There was no discomfort during the procedure and I had great relief afterwards. I can’t say enough about this man , he was incredible and very pleasant .

You don’t have to wait days to see your primary Dr. Sometimes you need help right away but not ER. People there are very nice and to the point. I e been there 3 times. Thank you for helping me!
