The staff was amazing, kind, and professional! My 5 year old hates being swabbed and will cry before the swab even enters his nose, yet somehow the medical assistant Bobbie was able to calm him down, take the sample, and make him smile through the experience. She was extremely passive and I truly appreciated her professionalism and bed side manners. The doctor was also very kind and reassured me that my son just had a common virus and that he would be okay. I would go back anyday with this kind of care.
