Arrived early on a Friday morning needing PCR tests for my family. Lorena, the reception person was VERY efficient, friendly, and made the experience a good one – if there is such a thing while being tested for COVID.

I was able to obtain what I needed which was a Covid test. However, the response to my questionnaire was slow to nonexistent. I asked about the flu shot availability and never got an answer so I left.
