Everyone was very polite. The written instructions were great. I have had to review them a few times. I appreciate the info. But, however the mold on the front door made me hesitate going in. I thought the interior would be dirty if the entrance looked like that. But, the interior was clean. Someone needs to address the mold on the entrance door.
