Polite, efficient and knowledgeable staff

I got sick while visiting the central coast. I was able to place my name on a waiting list online, for a visit on the same day. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The people who worked at the location I went to were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Specifically, the lady working the front desk and the gentleman who takes you back to the room and get your vitals etc. I wish I remembered their names. They should be commended for their wonderful attitudes even during a busy time with some difficult patients.

The female receptionist had good communication skills and was very friendly. The female RN was nice and did a decent job evaluating my needs. The male NP was knowledgeable, had great bedside mannor and was down to earth. I felt very comfortable in his care.
