The staff was friendly when booking my appointment at this location. I had an appointment at the Cypress location and they closed due to an emergency. I found the front desk very pleasant and efficient. The doctor was kind, asked questions and sent me to another Med Post in Los Alamitos for an x-ray. That location was also pleasant and gave me a voucher to cover my parking while I was there, nice gesture. Thank you I will recommend and return for future needs!
