I didn’t have an appointment and they were no longer taking walk-ins that day, but they let me stay and I ended up being seen in a very reasonable amount of time! I was so grateful!

Crystal Hays was amazing! She stitched me up and explained everything. She was really careful and thorough. She is the reason I gave a 10 The intake process was great. They took me right in to stop my bleeding without first grilling me on insurance. The staff made the injured person the focus, not the money. They were the only urgent care place open on Dec 26th and I’m glad I went there. Areas they could improve: provide video interpreter for deaf patients and not rely on family members to interpret. I didn’t see the rolling video machine and that’s crazy with so many deaf people in this area. Second, the girl who was to clean up my bloody foot for the doctor didn’t do much. She just put my foot in a cold soapy tub and left.

The staff who work at Care Spot are nice. They get you in to see the Dr. as soon as possible. I have been here many times. Usually I am given a perscription. Then I feel much better.
