Liked Dr Thorpe and front desk staff a lot. But not happy about the fact the facility lacks diagnostic equipment (other than xray).

I came to CareSpot on Archer and was a little nervous, anxious and embarrassed about my condition but the doctor Patrick as well as the nurse assistant made me feel at ease. They both discussed everything thoroughly and in a caring , non-judgemental tone. The appointment was quick and efficient. I felt like a priority there. When I left I felt emotionally better than when I first arrived. Thank you so much!

In & out with a scheduled 11:00 appointment..Staff was very friendly and knowledgable, dr on call was excellent speaking with me and I felt like I had been treated efficiently with my medical problem..
