Courteous front desk staff. The doctor was personable and had a positive attitude. I appreciate professionalism. There could be some improvement in having patients or staff using the computer tablet. For example being able to correct info about the patient inouted by the registration clerk. Especially correcting before the patient starts entering info and telling patient, it will be fixed later, like an incorrect birthdate. The registration clerk had to re enter info before I would confirm my birthday was correct. Also, I entered the incorrect zip code for my address. Was told it would be corrected, not true, on the prescription order, the zip code was not corrected. Given the advancements in computer technology, Beijing able to correct misinformation should be easy. Overall you have a wonderful staff, and I would return again.

I arrived as the clinic was opening hoping I could be seen right away as a walk-in. I was seen right away and it was a relatively easy process. The clinic staff were professional and attentive (i.e. fast). I truly appreciated that as I was quite ill with fever and infection. Thank you for being there. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
