The front office person was very helpful and nice. I know they did not have any available appointments. They knew I needed a tetanus shot and I didn’t want to go to the ER because it is expensive. They made sure they had the shot. Took me back gave it to me and I was done. I did not care for the doctor. No bed side manner or real personality. But The the nurse or assistant was amazing. Thank you.

Prompt, knowledgeable, personable, genuinely caring staff. I also like that CareSpot is linked with my Ortho providers at JOI. The follow-up by Cameron was fantastic. I wasn’t expecting follow-up and follow-on assistance. Cameron was able to get me directly connected with a scheduler at JOI. Thank you!
