I like the convenience of the office so close to home. The services offered. I’m a bit confused about there appointment and walk in policy. I made an appointment online and had to wait two hours to be seen. Then we were a walkin, and were seen in less than 15 minutes.

When making an appointment we don’t have to wait long. Dr Phillip is great. The wait room is large enough so I can move if sitting next to someone who keeps coughing. The only suggestion I have is one lady who checks us in could be more friendly and accommodating.
