Front desk runs simple and efficiently. Nurses all very helpful and listen well. Doctors all are thorough & offer suggestions to your problem along dealing with you in a friendly down home Method that makes you feel heard and you get a solution quickly and still not rushed!

I visited St Augustine South location on Oct 8, 2021, at approximately 10:30 a.m., after attempting to make contact since the day before with my Primary Care office. I saw Nurse Practioner Pam, after first seeing an assistant. Both were good listeners, very caring, and appeared to be knowledgeable and skilled). I was given a probable diagnosis, prescription and a test, after they consulted with me on both. And they told me what to expect post-visit for each. The front office staff was efficient and warned me of the expected wait, since I didn’t have an appt ( I was pleased to learn that apparently I could make an appt with this facility). They were spot on with the expected wait time; pretty awesome considering the labor shortage in my area.

Close to home and convenient hours. Had x-ray capabilities. Also close to an ER/hospital in case further tests or treatment was needed. Friendly staff too.

I went online , put myself “in line” . It gave me an estimate of the time I could be seen. It was Quick, easy, and had a professional doctor and staff!! I was in and out with full understanding of the instructions , verbal and written, before I walked out the door!! I highly recommend this place!!

The nurse and doctor took excellent and timely care of my bleeding head injury. It’s AWESOME they can use glue instead of stitches! Less pain. Thank you so much for putting me back together! All of there post recommendations were accurate and RIGHT on TARGET!
