The check-in system online worked very well. Very professional, polite, courteous person at the front desk. Same for the person who brought me back to the doctor and took my vitals. Professional, courteous, friendly. And the doctor was wonderful. She diagnosed me properly, prescribed the medicine and answered my questions. A great experience overall.

Staff was very friendly & down to earth, quick paperless/contactless check-in, results in 10 min! I tried all over OC and into LA Co. I was in & out of MedPost with results in-hand in less than 40 min!

Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The staff went above and beyond to be professional and kind. A smile goes a long way when someone is not feeling well. Wait time was short, receptionist was sweet and quick.

I liked how nice and accommodating the front desk person was; getting me scheduled and signed in. In fact, all staff were very pleasant and non-stressed. I also liked how the front desk person communicated what she needed and well; great essential communication skills.

All the care takers were compassionate in my time of need and I am truly grateful. Three other urgent care places turned me down and refused to see me, but your facility did not. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

The women who helped us was so nice and understanding. I can’t imagine what her job must be like, having people barge in and say “I need a Covid test” and expect this woman to magically pull a long q-top, cotton swab thing (sterile of course) out of her pocket, swab their nose and give them accurate results instantly. She took her time and spoke with me like I was her first patient of the day. I wish I remembered her name!!!

The ladies at the desk stayed calm and polite as the phone continued to ring and patients were entering the facility due to high demand. The nerve and doctor were very nice as well. Overall, I had a very good experience.
