Everything great: large quiet and peaceful waiting room, short wait, can walk-in or reserve spot on-line, or schedule same-day appointment. Staff nice and helpful. Easy to talk to someone on the phone. Fast. Prompt results.

I loved the ability hold your place in line and show up when it was your turn – no waiting around. The staff was courteous and I really liked that they were thorough with questions and allowed you time to ask questions. Also, I was in excruciating back pain and able to wait in the car while lying down, so I liked that I had the option to be called when it was my turn.
