Pro: I was able to be seen right away. Dr was attentive. Fee was reasonable. I was able to get the meds I needed. Con: It would have been nice is medical assistant would have taken my temperature accurately. The ear thermometer wasn’t even placed in my ear, nor was it in my ear for any amount of time and was told I had no fever which was false. I did have a fever. It was about 100 when I left my house just 20 min before and I was told by the MA that it was 98. I felt the MA was rushing and did not want to be thorough. It created inaccurate information to the dr that came in to see check me over.

Friendly, professionalism, quick service

The staff was professional and friendly. The facility was clean. I had a bad reaction to the medication that I was prescribed. I called MedPost asking if it was possible that I could be given something else. The staff person who answered the phone let me know that the doctor was seeing patients and she would tell him my concern asap. Within two hours, my pharmacy notified me that my new prescription was ready. The doc told me how long it would take before I started feeling better and he was on point!! This is my new urgent care facility!

I was first to arrive at 8:00 am and was seen very shortly there after with a visit from the acting Doctor on call. All went very smooth and the Personnel couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating to what I was dealing with at the time of visit.
