I especially like the nurse who flushed out my ears (wax build-up). It took many times but she kept at it until she got it all. She was gentle, but persistant and thorough in gettling it all. I liked that the doctor came to check to make sure the ears were completely clean and he saw a bit more. The nurse flushed the ear again and got the rest. They were patient even though it took a lot of time. And they were nice through it all too.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating even though I was late to my appointment. The Doctor was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. The Doctor took the time to evaluate my health, she dedicated a lot more time than any doctor has in the past or at different facilities. I really appreciated how thorough the Doctor was in her evaluation and recommendations for treatment and follow ups.
