We walked in right before they locked the door. Nobody was mad they were going to have to see us. Nobody made any noises because we didn’t come earlier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m glad I went to this carespot.

The facility was clean, the person at the front desk was empathetic and efficient, Miss Whitney introduced herself and took our daughter’s vitals gently. She was also empathetic when swabbing our daughter’s throat and did it quickly. Me. Denisa was kind and spoke directly to my daughter. She listened to both of us and made a decision based on our daughter’s history and current symptoms with which I was very comfortable. Overall we were quite pleased with our experience.
